Bar/Bat Mitzvah

At Temple Beth El, we believe it's
never too early to teach children the
joys of being Jewish.

Bradley Evan Margolis will be called to
the Torah as a bar mitzvah on Saturday,
Nov. 2, at Bais
Chabad Torah
Center of West
Bloomfield. He is
the son of Sanford
and Amy Margolis
and brother of
Jonathon. Proud
grandparents are
Saul and Beverly
Nusbaum and Harry and Corrine
Margolis.
Brad is an honor student at Hillel
Day School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. His many interests
include playing hockey, basketball,
snowboarding and computers. He is a
volunteer for the Friendship Circle and
he participates in the Dor L'Dor pro-
gram through his school.

Jewish values and traditions are part of what we
impart each day through songs and stories, crafts
and cooking. From blessings, challah and
grape juice on Shabbat to visits in the Sukkah,
Chanukah dinners and Passover seders, our
children learn it great to be Jewish.

son of the late Bill Orr.
Justin is an eighth-grade honor stu-
dent at Norup Middle School in Oak
Park. He enjoys playing bass guitar,
playing computer and video games,
spending time with family and friends
and attending Tamarack Camps. His
mitzvah projects included volunteering
at Yad Ezra in Berkley and collecting
books for and donating them to
Davidson Elementary School in
Detroit.
