She is survived by her husband of
48 years, Lewis Vinegar; daughter
and son-in-law, Joyce Vinegar and
Ze'ev Zrihan; daughter and grand-
daughter, Beverly Vinegar and
Sophia Vinegar.

BESSIE ZELONKA, 96, of

Southfield, died Oct. 27, 2002.
She is survived by her daughter,
Anne Pernick of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Rabbi Daniel and
Ruth Pernick, Dr. Nat and Dr.
Rebecca Pernick, Margo and Ilan
Weitzer; great-grandchildren, Sarah,
Benny, Joshua and David Pernick,
Sam, Rachel and Leah Pernick,
Amit, Maya and Talia Weitzer. She
was the beloved wife of the late Ben
Zelonka; loving mother of the late
Maurice "Morry" Zelonka; dear
mother-in-law of the late Larry
Pernick.
Interment at Beth Tefilo Emanuel.
Contributions may be made to the
Maurice Zelonka Scholarship Fund,
do Wayne State University,
Department of Mathematics,
Detroit, MI 4820; Arrangements
by Ira Kaufman Chapel.
