a Volunteers Help Elderly Visit `Graves Of Our Ancestors' Temple Israel's Family Life Center recently hosted Kever Avot, in which 100 volunteers took 60 senior adults to visit the gravesides of loved ones on the Sunday between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Organizers describe the fourth annual event on Sept. 15 as the "mitz- vah of a lifetime," providing many senior adults with their only opportu- nity to make a cemetery visit.
