Rabbi Silberberg, leader of the Sara
Tugman Bais Chabad Torah Center in
West Bloomfield, says any type of
Torah learning "opens the neshamah
(soul). Ultimately, when you're teach-
ing Torah, you're trying to get a person
to come closer to God."

Rabbi Meisels is following in the foot-
