bby Sue Rutheiser and Eric
Jason Kushner were recently
married at Dearborn Inn.
Rabbi Herbert Yoskowitz
and Cantor Howard Glantz of Adat
Shalom Synagogue officiated. Abby is
the daughter of Ellen Rutheiser of
Troy and Barry Rutheiser of
Birmingham. Eric is the son of Roger
and Carrie Kushner of Bloomfield
Hills.
Amy Berlin, sister of the bride, was
matron of honor. Bridesmaids includ-
ed Susan Cho, Barbara Bell, Maggie
Egrin, Debbie Pearlman, Lisa
Weingarden, Jennifer Arkin, Jennifer
Dudovitz and sister-in-law Rebecca
Steinbock. Nieces Annabel Berlin and
Sophie Steinbock were flower girls.
Jason Forsberg was Eric's best man.
Groomsmen included Alan Stern,
Jason Brown and brothers-in-law Alex
Steinbock and James Berlin.
Abby and Eric were honored to
have their grandparents Ruth Swartz,

elen and Sam Greenblatt
of Walled Lake are delight-
ed to announce the
engagement of their son
Harry Robert to MaryClaire
McCallie, daughter of Nancy and
James Park McCallie of Rome, Ga.
A December wedding is planned at
Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain,
Ga. The couple reside in Tucker, Ga.

lessica Rae Gorchoff and Brian
Scott Galison are thrilled to
announce their engagement.
Sharing in their excitement are
their parents Corinne Gorchoff and
Mark Gorchoff, Rita Galison and Dr.
Barry Galison..
Jessica received her bachelor of arts
degree from Michigan State University
in East Lansing and her master of
education degree in early childhood
education from DePaul University in
Chicago. She is a teacher in New York
City.
Brian received his bachelor of arts
degree from University of Michigan in
Ann Arbor and his juris doctor from
Emory University in Atlanta. He is an
attorney in New York City.
A March wedding is planned in
Michigan.

dwin and Mona Moses of
San Diego, formerly of West
Bloomfield, celebrated their
50th anniversary on July 7.
A gathering of friends and family
joined them for dinner at the
Palomino Restaurant in San Diego.
Local relatives in attendance included
sister-in-law Ruth Coblentz of
Southfield and nieces Avra Weiss of
West Bloomfield and Hedy Jacobson
. of Southfield. Also attending were
nieces and nephews Judy and Gary
Kamen of Highland Park, Ill., and
Hal and Caroline Kaplan of Kirkland,
Wash.

were wed under an heirloom chuppah
crafted by the groom's mother.
The couple honeymooned in Costa
Rica and reside in Ferndale.
