The Jewish News' AppleTree is interested in your essays and illustrations focusing on "The Creation
of the World" for our Rosh Hashanah issue.

Essays should be typed or neatly written and be no longer than one page. Illustrations may be
drawn, painted or made with any art medium of your choice.
If you would like your material returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Three
winners will receive gift certificates to: You're Fired.
We will include some of the best illustrations/essays in our Rosh Hashanah (Sept. 7) issue. All sub-
missions must be at our office no later than 5 p.m., Aug. 28.
