seeking a creative services manager to lead its nine-
person production and design team. The position,
which reports to the associate publisher, is responsible
for the overall management of the department and the
efficient and effective utilization if its people, processes
and technology to produce content of quality and
integrity that exceeds customer expectations within
budget parameters.
The ideal candidate will possess a successful
management track record and considerable experience
in a creative, deadline-oriented environment.
Also required is a working knowledge of publication
production in a Macintosh environment with
proficiency in general publishing software, layout,
page assembly and imposition programs.
