Michigan Region AZA and BBG recent-
ly installed new officers to serve on their
regional boards for 2002-2003.
Perry Teicher of Greenberg AZA was
elected Michigan Regional AZA Aleph
Godol (president) and Monica Woll of
Koach BBG was elected Michigan
Region BBG N'siah (president).
Teicher previously served as AZA
regional vice president and as president
of Greenberg AZA. He is a junior at
West Bloomfield High School and a past
participant in BBYO's International
Leadership Training Conference (ILTC).
Woll is a past president of Koach
BBG and also served as regional newspa-
per editor. She is a junior at the Jewish
Academy of Metropolitan Detroit and
participated in BBYO's Chapter
Leadership Training Conference
(CLTC). This summer she will attend
BBYO's Kallah and International
Leadership Training programs.
In addition to Teicher, regional AZA
vice presidents include Eric Hoffman
and Adam Horowitz of Shapiro AZA
and Brian Rosenbaum of Jolson AZA.
Additional officers include Jason Potash
of Kishon AZA, treasurer; Adam Kay of
Shapiro AZA, secretary; and Scott
Hander of Jolson AZA, newspaper edi-
tor.
Regional BBG vice presidents who
will serve with Monica Woll include
Michelle Unger of Koach BBG and
Randi David and Ariella Lis, both mem-
bers of Achayot BBG. Additional offi-
cers include Stephanie Sherline of
Achayot BBG, treasurer; Laura
Hearsheri of Ahavah BBG, secretary;
Julie Swerdlow, also of Ahavah BBG,
newspaper editor.
