Honors For Melba Winer

The Metro Detroit. Women's Division, State of Israel Bonds, realized $2 million
in new investment funds at its Diamond Trustee-Prime Minister's Club tribute
reception honoring Melba Winer for her support of Israel, the community and
the Israel Bonds campaign. The event, chaired by Edythe Jackie); was hosted by
Hilary and Selwyn Isakow. Winer received the State of Israel Jerusalem of Gold
