Margarita

Mix 1 oz. Tequila, 1/2 oz. Triple Sec and the juice of
half a lime in a shaker. Shake. Shake. Shake. Serve in
small-stemmed glasses. Salt the rim of the glass and add
ice to the glass. Strain your Margarita over ice. Garnish
with straws and a lime wedge.

Strawberry Mojito
Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 strawberries, 5 mint

leaves and a splash of soda water in a chilled glass.
Lightly muddle (crush together) with the back of a
spoon until the sugar dissolves and you smell the mint.
Squeeze half a lime into the glass. Add 1 1/2 oz. of light
rum, stir, and fill with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish
with a strawberry and a mint sprig. ❑
