MAX GREENBERG, 90, of

Southfield, died June 14, 2002. He
was in the jewelry business with his
brother, the late Harry Greenberg.
They were in the Metropolitan
Building for many years and then
moved to the Advance Building. Mr.
Greenberg was a storyteller, cellist
and violinist who once performed at
New York's Carnegie Hall.
He is survived by his brother and
sister-in-law, Nathan and Rachel
Greenberg of Commerce Township;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye and
Albert Ryder of Huntington Woods,
Esther and Sam Tolchin of West
Bloomfield.

Bloomfield, died June 14, 2002. She
was a bridal consultant at Saks Fifth
Avenue, worked at the Julie Shop in
the Asher Building and Millinery
Shop in the Mt. Royal Hotel in
Montreal. She spent the past 20
years with Elmar Furs. She was also
active at Temple Beth El and its
bereavement committee and as a
volunteer teacher.
