Volunteer — minimum 1 1/2 hours
weekly. Help enrich the lives of older
adults with Alzheimer's disease and
related disorders: assist on community
outings,-accompany staff on transport
to pick up or take home participants,
share special talents such as music and
gardening, engage in activities with
participants who are awaiting families
at the end of the program day, assist
participants interested in learning e-
mail. Training will be provided. Julie

• Project Outreach Friendly Visitor
— 3-4 hours, monthly. Visit isolated
elderly at their residences in Detroit or
assist at monthly community-spon-
sored programs at local synagogues,

• Senior Service Corps Community
Service Program Assistant —
Mondays or Wednesdays, 2 hour
minimum, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Assist staff
and program participants who prepare
mailings for nonprofit agencies. Work
may involve distributing materials,

• Activities Program Recreational
Aide — flexible schedule, 9:30 a.m.-3
p.m., weekdays. Assist with recre-
ational activities or community out-
ings at the West Bloomfield JCC.
