married at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek Southfield.
Rabbi Joseph Krakoff and Cantor
Chaim Najman officiated.
Sheri is the daughter of Rena and
Paul Gritt of Southfield. Evan is the
son of Dr. Joan Shapiro of
Farmington- Hills and the late Dr.
Marc Shapiro.
The bride's longtime friends Emma
Zerkel and Brie Jeweler-Bentz were
matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were
Erica Bazerkanian, Lauren Krotzer,
Alison Neuman and Rachel
Wasserstrom.
The groom's brother Jan Rubinstein
was best man. Groomsmen included
Michael Gritt, the bride's brother;
Peter Shapiro, the groom's uncle; and
friends Michael Zerkel, Ryan True and
Brian Winnick.
