Meredith attends Walnut Creek
Middle School in Walled Lake. Her
hobbies are acting, drawing, paint-
ing, reading, swimming, writing
and travel. Her most significant
mitzvah project was to become part
of the Adopt a Child program.

Michael Jason Taub will be called
to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, June 15,
at Temple Shir
Shalom. He is the
son of Nancy and
David Taub and
brother of Jacqui.
Proud grandpar-
ents are Thelma
and Robert
Prusack. Michael
is also the grandson of the late
Irene and Alex Taub.
Michael is an all-A student at
Warner Middle School in
Farmington Hills. He enjoys play-
ing in-line hockey, skiing, music,
spending time with friends and
summers at Tamarack Camps.
Among his mitzvah projects,
Michael volunteered at Yad Ezra in
Berkley, Gleaner's Food Bank in
Detroit and at a farm for orphaned
animals. He also volunteered at the
Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk
on behalf of Team Matt.

Jordan Alex Zuppke will be called
to the Torah to celebrate his bar
mitzvah Friday,
June 14, at
Temple Shir
Shalom. He is the
son of Julie and
Allen Zuppke and
older brother of
Adam. Proud
grandparents are
Eleanor *and Ken
Zuppke, Barbara
and Dave Moran. Great-grandpar-
ents are Diane and Bernard Zuppke
and Ida Moran. Jordan is also the
grandson of the late Rhoda Moran
and Babe Zuppke.
Jordan is a student at Orchard
Lake Middle School in West
Bloomfield. His favorite interests
include skateboarding, snowboard-
ing, wakeboarding and hockey. He
enjoys spending summers at
Tamarack Camps with his friends.
For his mitzvah project, Jordan
raised funds through the American
Cancer Society's Relay for Life.
