B'nai Moshe Sets Shabbat Odyssey Starting Friday, May 31, and running for 15 weeks throughout this summer, Congregation B'nai Moshe will offer a second season of informal, participatory Kabbalat Shabbat services, "Friday Night Shabbat Odyssey." They will run from 6-6:30 p.m. every Friday. Shabbat Odyssey welcomes each Shabbat with contemporary melodies by Craig Taubman, Debbie Friedman and others, led by Cantor Earl Berris on synthesizer and guitar. The service is family-friendly and relaxed. All are welcome, regardless of affiliation, back- ground or level of Jewish knowledge. Bais Chabad Marks Rebbe's Yahrtzeit In conjunction with the eighth yahrtzeit of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Sara Tugman Bais Chabad Torah Center will host a two-day trip to New York City, leaving Sunday morn- ing, June 16, and returning Monday evening. The group will visit the resting place of the Rebbe and other sites of Jewish interest in New York city. There will be time for shopping and kosher ining out.
