Levin, Executive Director Mark Klinger and Robert Bodzin, Licensed Funeral Directors MILGROM, Rachel Abigail- Passed away suddenly on Friday, May 10, 2002, at age 11 in San Francisco, California. She died peacefully in her parents arms, surrounded by her family & friends. She is survived by her loving parents, Barry and Jo, and beloved sister, Lindsey. Rachel was supported and loved, as she has been throughout her life, by her extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, adopted aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends, teachers and helpers. Her ability to give and receive love united an entire community. Rachel loved books, story tapes, bright colors, talking books, videos and music. Despite her severe disabilities, she led an adventurous life. She loved skiing, ice skating, horseback riding, swimming, inner tubing, boating, swinging and camping. She was happiest when her dear sister, Lindsey or her favorite boyfriend, Tyre, were nearby. She is, and always will be, deeply missed and loved. Funeral services were Tuesday, May 14th at Hills of Eternity Cemetery, Colma, CA.
