to announce the engagement
of their daughter Melissa
Allison to Bradley Alan, son of Buzz
and Mindy Wachler, also of West
Bloomfield.
Melissa graduated from the
University of Michigan with a bache-
lor of arts degree in communication
studies. She is employed at the
Handleman Co. as a project coordina-
tor.
Brad graduated from the University
of Michigan with a bachelor of sci-
ence degree in exercise physiology. He
also received a master of science
degree in athletic administration from
Indiana University. He is attending
Wayne State University Law School.
An August wedding is planned at
Tam O'Shanter Country Club, West
Bloomfield.

their daughter Pamela Winkelman to
Jeffrey Alan Silk, son of Joan and
Thad Zeremba of Huntington Woods
and Harold Silk of West Bloomfield.
Pamela earned her bachelor of sci-
ence degree with distinction from the
University of Michigan. She is a
fourth-year rabbinic student at
Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati,
Ohio. She is interning at Temple
B'nai Jehudah in Kansas City.
Jeffrey is completing his bachelor of
science degree in elementary educa-
tion from Oakland University. He is
concluding his student teaching this
spring in New Zealand.
The couple are planning a June
wedding.
