to Fred G. Stibor, son of Fred J.
Stibor of Monroe and Patricia
Musgrove of Birmingham, Ala.
Shanon earned a bachelor of arts
degree in psychology at Oakland
University. She is the director of
Living Arts Dance Company.
Fred earned a bachelor of business
administration degree at the
University of Michigan. He is a certi-
fied public accountant, employed as a
manager at Deloitte and Touche.
A July wedding is planned.

Beth Isenberg, to Andrew Joshua
Steinberg, son of Judge Jonathan R.
and Shellie Steinberg of Potomac, Md.
Dr. Isenberg graduated from
Bloomfield Hills Andover High
School in 1987. She earned a bachelor
of arts degree from the University of
Michigan and a doctor of psychology
degree from Yeshiva University in
New York. She is a psychologist at the
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Mr. Steinberg earned a bachelor of
arts degree from the University of
Virginia in Petersburg and a juris doc-
tor from the UCLA School of Law.
He is an attorney with the U.S.
Department of Justice.
Dr. Isenberg is the granddaughter of
the late Bella and Mendel Cohen and
the late Celia and Meyer Isenberg.
Mr. Steinberg is the grandson of
Sylvia Schwartz and the late Edward
