Extraordinaire benefit to raise money
for Chef Joe Yezbick, formerly of the
Epic Restaurant Group, and his family.
Joe is too ill to work and doesn't
have insurance to help cover costs for
his treatments ... for an inoperable
brain tumor.
Very highly talented chefs in the
Metropolitan Detroit sector will pre-
pare the dinner ... Monday, Feb. 25,
6:30 p.m. ... at Loving Spoonful
restaurant in Farmington-Hills.
Master Chefs Milos Cihelka, Dan
Hugelier, Jeff Gabriel and Kevin
Gawronski ... will be joined by
Executive Chefs Brian Polcyn, Chris
Misiak and Bruce Konowalo ... and
Master Pastry Chef Joe Decker.
Peter Loren, corporate chef of Epic
Restaurants, will make hors d'oeuvres
and breads.
All were gathered for this wonderful
cause by Loving Spoonful chef-owner
Shawn Loving ... and are donating
their entire time ... with 100 percent
of the profits going to Joe.
Plus the sumptuous dinner, all cou-
ples will be given a menu signed by
each chef.
The cost of $125 per person
includes all courses, wine and tax.
