S baron and Michael Jaffe of
West Bloomfield are pleased
to announce the engagement
of their daughter Lauren
Alyse to Nevin Jay Hofing, son of
Tybie and Jack Abrams of Ewing, N.J.
Lauren received her bachelor of sci-
ence degree in food and nutrition
from Michigan State University. After
graduation, she served in the Peace
Corps in Sao Tome e Principe.
Nevin is a graduate of Rider
University in Lawrenceville, N.J., with
a bachelor of science degree in busi-
ness. Lauren and Nevin are employed
as marketing associates with Sysco
Food Services in Chicago.
A June wedding is planned in
Chicago.
ennifer Alayne Franklin and
Gregg Adam Paradise were
recently married at the Hotel
Baronette in Novi. Rabbi
Harold Loss and Cantor Harold
Orbach of Temple Israel officiated.
Jennifer is the daughter of Margie
- and Bob Franklin of West Bloomfield
and Gregg is the son of Jane and Steve
Paradise of Merrick, N.Y.
Deborah Meyers, friend of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Eva Franklin, sister-
in-law of the bride, and close friends
Suzie Getz, Karen Greco, Julie Smith
and Kimberly Yohman. Flower girl
and ring bearer were Jennifer's niece
and nephew, Rosemary and Samuel
Franklin.
Jay Drezner, longtime friend of the
groom, was his best man. Groomsmen
were Ken Franklin, brother of the
bride; Jeffrey Paradise, brother of the
groom; and friends of the groom .
Mike Faro and John McGrath. Eric
Roth, Josh Lichtman, Susan Meirs
and Michelle Marsh were chuppah
carriers. The bride and groom were
honored to have their grandparents
Rae Peltz, Manny Franklin, Lionel
Paradise and Sonia and Sidney Klein
participate in the ceremony.
Jennifer and Gregg honeymooned
in Italy and reside in Manhattan.

ennifer Niggeman and Adam
Schoener were recently mar-
ried at the Townsend Hotel
in Birmingham. Rabbi
Joshua Bennett of Temple Israel offici-
ated.
Jennifer is the daughter of Frank
and Lena Niggeman of Lake Orion.
Adam is the son of Dr. Eugene and
Lucy Schoener of Farmington Hills.
Jennifer's matron of honor was her
sister Amy Hamilton. Bridesmaids
were Holly Robbins, Sondra Schoener,
Chris Niskar, Marion Trupiano-
Hackett, Melanie Hanson and Erin
Fallon.
Adam's best man was Ross Niskar.
Groomsmen were Mike Hamilton,
Kevin Windsor, Alan Rosenthal, Jon
Dorfman, David Wilner and
Raymond Tam.
Jennifer and Adam were honored to
have their grandmother Shirley Lloyd
attend. Grandfather Oscar Rappaport
said the blessings over the challah.
Jennifer and Adam spent their hon-
eymoon in Chicago. They reside in
usan Ilyssa Sneider and
Daniel Michael Goldman
were recently married at the
Boca West Country Club in
Boca Raton, Fla. Susan is the Baugh- -
ter of Bob and Judy Sneider of Delray
Beach, Fla.- Daniel is the son of Bob
and Norma Goldman of Orchard
Lake.
Linda Sneider, sister-in-law of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Sherri Goldman and
Lisa Freeman Goldman.
Steve Goldman, brother of the
groom, was the best man.
Groomsmen were Steven Sneider and
Jeffrey Goldman.
Flower girls were Jamie and Allyson
Sneider and ring bearers were Scott
Sneider, Nathaniel Goldman and
Alexander Goldman.
Following a honeymoon cruise to
Paradise Island in the Bahamas, the
couple reside in Waterford.
