Israel. Rabbi Harold Loss and Cantor
Lori Corrsin officiated.

Melissa is the daughter of Edward
and Helene Kaplan of Farmington
Hills and Aaron is the son of David
and Susan Shepherd, also of
Farmington Hills.
Maid of honor was Erin Kaplan,
sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were
Alison Shepherd, sister of the groom;
Robyn Steinlauf, cousin of the bride;
Melissa Takessian and Elizabeth
Wasserman, friends of the bride.
Best man was Matthew Shepherd,
brother of the groom. Groomsmen
were David Young, Marc Young and
Bradley Wasserman, friends of the
groom. Chuppah carriers were Scott
Steinlauf, cousin of the bride, Kyle
Brown, Mark Lebovitz and Brian
Lebovitz, cousins of the groom.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii,
the couple reside in Birmingham.

friends. Her family includes sisters,

Elizabeth Frank of Bal Harbor, Fla., as
well as many nieces, nephews, grand-
nieces and grandnephews. She is also
the beloved sister of the late Alfred
Allan and the late Norman Allan.
