Star Trax takes its shows on the road,
and the Super Bowl is no exception.

p
icture this: You are in New
Orleans for Sunday's Super
Bowl XXXVI. As you walk
through the security check at
the stadium gates, you see that the field
is lined in green Astroturf. Sidelines
created by benches, coolers and towels
lead up to the end zone.
Surrounding the field are concession
stands featuring all the stadium
favorites. On the field itself, are various
sports-oriented games. An area has
been set up where you can choose from
classic moments in sports. As these
classic moments are played on a moni-
tor, you have the opportunity to call
the play-by-play of the game. You are
given a tape of your sportscasting debut
to take home.
When you get tired of playing, you
can rejuvenate in the locker room.
Chalkboards with game plays, benches,
lockers, towels and the like are set up
for players like yourself who tire and
need to relax a bit. In addition, "train-
ers" are on hand with masseuses to pro-
vide 5-10 minute head and neck mes-
sages to calm your nerves before the big
game.
Sound like a sports junkie's paradise?
You're close. It's a hotel ballroom set up
as a hospitality suite for more than
1,500 employees, guests, vendors and
customers of Anheuser-Busch brewing
company through Feb. 4 in New
Orleans.
And you still haven't even read about
the main event. Each room of New
Orleans' Generations Hall has been set
up to represent either Red Hot Jazz or
Cool AB (Anheuser-Busch) Blues.
Upon entering a Red Hot room, you
are greeted by "hot women models
dressed in red-hot leather." The sounds
of jazz sizzle as deep red lights illumi-
nate the room and fake fire guides your
entrance.
The tables and chairs are covered in
red spandex. Hot and spicy salsa duos
