Eilu, the adult Jewish learning
project of the Michigan Conservative
movement.
The Torah tape library is in the

the elderly, Holocaust survivors and
those with emotional needs. It reach-
es out to interfaith groups through
an annual ecumenical seder, provid-
ing reading tutors, sheltering the
homeless, arranging an annual blood
donor drive and working with envi-
ronmental groups.
A caring community of trained
volunteers outreach to the chronical-
ly ill and homebound within the
congregational family. The commit-
tee also works to educate members of
the synagogue and the community
on a number of social issues, includ-
ing organ donation.
