everly and Lawrence Sklar
of West Bloomfield are
delighted to announce the
engagement of their
daughter Elissa Beth Abrams to
William Patrick Redman, son of
Pamela and William Redman of Mt.
Morris. Elissa is also the daughter of
Connie Abrams and the late F. Barry
Abrams.
Elissa is a graduate of Michigan
State University and earned a master's
of social work degree at Wayne State
University. She is employed at Judson
Center in Royal Oak.
William earned his bachelor's degree
in criminal justice at Saginaw Valley
State University in University Center,
Mich. He is employed at Crossroads
for Youth in Oxford.
An April wedding is planned at
Temple Shir Shalom.

r. Geraldine Marie Alumit
and Dr. Steven Scott Zeldes
were recently married in
Flint. Rabbi Tamara Kolton
of the Birmingham Temple and the Rev.
Father William Lugger of Lansing offici-
ated.
Geri is the daughter of Hermogenes
and Dr. Evelyn Alumit of Flint. Steve is
the son of Martin and Beverly Zeldes of
Bloomfield Hills.
Geri's sisters, Dr. Genevieve and
Gladys Alumit, were the maids of honor.
Bridesmaids included Catherine
Dacpano, Joyce Dacpano, Noreen
.
Dacpano, Stephanie Gardiner, Rosalie
Glowney, Sheryl O'Loughlin, Dr. Rose
Santiago and Lisa Zeldes. The flower
girls were Kristen Daus and Whitney
Stolnicki.
The best men were Steve's longtime
friends, Dr. Daniel Rosenberg and Todd
Kaluzny. Groomsmen included Gregory
Alumit, Dr. Patrick Bowers, Dr. Robert
Hunter, Steven Lannon, Sedone
Ledesma, Patrick O'Loughlin, Dr. Todd
Morason and Michael Zeldes. The ring

and coin bearers were Dalton Stolnicki
and Justin Daus.
The presence of Mrs. Felicklad
Dacpano, Geri's grandmother, brought
the couple great joy.
Steve and Geri honeymooned in
Hawaii and now make their home in
Richland, Mich.

were recently married at the
Dearborn Inn. Rabbi Joshua
Bennett of Temple Israel officiated.
Jennifer is the daughter of Dr. and
Mrs. Howard S. Newman of
Waterford. Daniel is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Daniel Eppley of
Orwigsburg, Pa.
Shannon Brown was the matron of
honor. Bridesmaids were Lisa and
Vanessa Eppley.
The groom's best man was James
Choffel. Groomsmen were Greg and
David Newman. Jennifer and Dan
were honored to have Jennifer's grand-
mothers Beatrice Matz of Chicago
and Ann Newman of Florida partici-
pate in the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Hong Kong
and Bali, the couple reside in Boulder,
Colo.

Jonathan Eben Cohen
were recently married at
Temple Shir Shalom.
Rabbi Dannel Schwartz-and Cantor
Debra Winston officiated. Amy is the
daughter of Dr. Selwyn and Terry
Fidelman of West Bloomfield.
Jonathan is the son of Edward and
Norma Cohen of Skokie, Ill.
Megan Fischer was the matron of
honor. Bridesmaids were Robin
Cohen and Nan Cohen, sisters-in-law
of the groom, Lisa Farabi, Angela
Hunsicker, Shanah Kimelman,
Stefanie Glassner and Staci Redisch.
Eran Cohen, brother of the groom,
was the best man. Groomsmen were
Steven Cohen, brother of the groom;
Andrew Fidelman, brother of the
bride; Christopher Daniel, Jeffrey
Eiserman, Alexander Hahn, Lee Ross
and Adam Secher.
Amy and Jonathan were honored to
have niece and nephew Carly and
Daniel Cohen as junior bridesmaid
and groomsman and grandmother
