She was an artist and interior designer who helped design the World Trade Center. Also she taught at the Center of Creative Studies. He, was the founder, president and CEO of National Environmental Recycling Company in Phoenix and Mexico. He was also an entrepreneur. Mr. Rochman is survived by his wife, Karen Rochman of Scottsdale; daughter and son-in-law, Juliann and William Phillips of Huntington Woods; sons, Keith Rochman of Detroit, Charles Rochman of Minneapolis, Minn.; step- daughter, Heather of Scottsdale; brother and sister-in-law, Milton and Brenda Rochman of Florida; loving grand- daughter, Grace Louise Phillips.
