Project Otzma
Seeks Volunteers

The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan
Detroit is seeking college graduates who
want to spend a year volunteering in
Israel with Project Otzma.
Project Otzma, organized by the
United Jewish Communities in con-
junction with federations across North
America, is a 10-month volunteer and
leadership-training experience designed
for young adults age 20-24.
The Projecr Otzma chair is Noah
Krugal.
Federation provides fellowships for
participants from Michigan. Grants of -
$3,000 to underwrite over 70 percent of
individual costs. Participants live and
work in a variety of settings throughout
Israel .
