Seminars for Adult Jewish

Enrichment- will present the
largest and most diverse selection
of adult Jewish education courses
in the community in one 4-week
session, Jan 15-Feb 7, 2002.
Courses are held at both Jewish
Community Center locations
and at off-site venues.
New this year are a breakfast
Kabbalah study, grandparenting
class and a course on Jewish
genealogy. Courses are taught by
rabbis, cantors, Jewish educators,
scholars and community leaders

representing the entire range of
Jewish observance.
A special kickoff event,
featuring noted motivational
speaker Rabbi Eddie Feinstein,
will take place 7:30 pm at the
JCC Kahn Building , Thurs.,

MORRIS SUSSMAN, 78, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 29. He was
a 25-year member of the Knights
of Pythias Detroit Lodge 55.
Mr. Sussman is survived by his
dear sisters, Rachel Seffinger of
West Bloomfield, Esther Benson of
Oak Park; nieces and nephews,
Carol Benson, Elaine (Erwin)
Waldman, Kim (Lori) Benson,
David (Patti) Benson; grand-
nephews, Justin Benson and Steven
Benson; devoted friend, Morris
Weberman. He was the dear broth-
er of the late Ida Rosenfeld; broth-
er-in-law of the late Bernard
Rosenfeld and Max Seffinger.

Macomb Malls.
Mrs. Weinstein is survived by

Leonard and Jane Weinstein of
New York; daughters and sons-in-
law, Carol and Michael Salzenstein
of Novi, Joyce and Greg Griese of
Wisconsin; grandchildren, Melinda
and Mike O'Halloran, Brian
Weinstein, Doug and Gina
Salzenstein, Mara Griese and fiance
Paul, and Erica Griese. She was the
beloved wife of the late Morris
Weinstein; loving grandmother of
the late Matthew Salzenstein.

MORTON WEISMAN, 79, for-
merly of Bloomfield Hills of
Highland Park, Ill., died Dec. 21.
He is survived by his beloved
wife, Harriet; daughters and son-
in-law, Barbara and Donald
Hoffman, Elizabeth Weisman; son
and daughter-in-law, Robert and
Lindsay Weisman; grandchildren,
Anne, Ellen, Karen Hoffman, Zoey
Weisman; brother-in-law and sis-
ter-in-law, Marshall and Lynne
Cohen. He was the loving brother
of the late Norman and Paul
Weisman.
