ly in Lyons, Colo. Rabbi
Deborah Bronstein of Boulder, Colo.,
officiated. Erika is the daughter of
Katherine and Mark Young of
Boulder. Justin is the son of Janet and
Ronald Strote of Bloomfield Hills.
Members of the bridal party includ-
ed the groom's brother, Seth Strote,
who served as the best man, and
Megan Young, the bride's sister, who
was maid of honor. Also in attendance
were Justin's grandmother Betty
Shaffer and his great-aunt Josephine
Jackson.
The couple reside in Seattle, Wash.,
where Justin is a first-year resident
affiliated with the University of
Washington hospitals. Erika teaches in
the Seattle Public School System. In
December, the couple will honey-
moon in Kauai, Hawaii.
