Torah Synagogue, the future home of the Sephardic Community northwest of
Orchard Lake and Walnut Lake Rd. The event raised $400, 000 toward construc-
tion of Michigans first Sephardic synagogue. The organization was founded in
1917 by Mrs. Tauber's grandparents, Jacob and Judith Chicorel. Capital campaign
chairs are Rick Behar and Isaac Ben-Ezra. Shown at the event are Kim Ben-Ezra,
Isaac Ben-Ezra, Joel Tauber, Shelley Tauber, Rick Behar and TG Behar.
