rime phone number of the sender. Please include the date of birth. baby's name.

Kaufman Chapel. Hebrew Memorial Chapel and Dorfman Funeral Direction.

Those wishing to notify the community of out-of-town deaths with a Detroit
connection must send in or fax a typed double-spaced notice.
