ALFRED SHEVIN, 78, of
Southfield, died Nov. 11. He was a
printing firm office manager, a
member and past board member of
Congregation Shaarey Zedek. He
also did volunteer work at William
Beaumont Hospital.
Mr. Shevin is survived by his wife
of 53 years, Shirley Shevin; sons and
daughters-in-law, Elliott and Lisa
Shevin of Oak Park, Stewart Shevin
and Marcie Paul of West Bloomfield;
daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and
Peter Gilbert of California; grand-
children, Avraham, Shaina, Amichai,
Tova, Chana, Yehudah and Shera
Shevin, Rebecca Gilbert; brother and
sister-in-law, Kenneth and Harrilee
Shevin of-Florida. He was the loving
grandfather of the late Basha Sheviii;
dear brother of the late Herbert
Shevin.
