Volunteers Train
For Chaplaincy

The Jewish Community Chaplaincy
Program, which provides religious,
cultural and spiritual support to frail
older Jewish adults living in care facili-
ties, will offer a series of volunteer
training sessions.
Members of the community
presently volunteering or who want to
volunteer with older adults in care
facilities are encouraged to attend any
or all of the remaining sessions.
The next session will be 7-9 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Fleischman
Residence, 6710 W. Maple, West
Bloomfield. The topic will be "Coping
With Loss." Speakers will include Judy
Konen, director of Space for
Changing Families; Rabbi David
Castiglione, Temple Beth El; Nathan
Shoivitz, Jewish Hospice volunteer.
The session is free of charge.

blood drive 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday,
