What Simon has written is not
so much a valentine as a heartfelt,
unvarnished look at a way of life.
The jokes are gems, and
Stadlen's Fox is "a dangerous
comic, not politically correct,
someone who speaks out," not
unlike Jackie Mason or Mal Z.
