She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and a mas- ter's degree in educa- tion from the University of Wisconsin; she retired after teaching in the Chicago pub- lic school system for Florence Patt 35 years. A trained classical pianist, Mrs. Patt enjoyed singing and entertaining family and friends. She was active in both South Shore Temple and Congregation Kol Ami in PEGGY C.
