He was a camper and later a counselor at Camp Tanuga and invented the "war" games there; he has been know ever since as the , "god of war games." A graduate of Mumford High School, Mr. Silber went to the University of Michigan and was on the varsity baseball team as a first baseman. He invented the first lite beer through the Wagner brewery in the 1960s, was the first internatiorial frisbee champion and was first legal coun- sel of Motown. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1961 and was very active in Selective Services as legal counselor. Mr. Silber authored Who's Who in Hard Money Economics, published in 1980. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Silber; daughter, Alexandra Michelle Silber; son, Jordan Andrew Silber of California; parents, Albert and Merry Kurtz of Southfield; brother and sister-in- law, Marc and Stephanie Silber of California; sister, Julie Silber and her part- ner, Jean Demeter of California. She was a member of Ahavas Israel Synagogue and its sister- Molly Wepman hood in Grand Rapids and a life member of Hadassah. She was also active with Gilda's Club and Pine Lake Elementary PTA. Mrs. Zussman traveled Soozi Zussman extensively and was an avid skier and scuba diver.
