Marissa Sydney Dangovian will become a bat mitzvah at Temple Israel on Friday, Oct. 12. She is the daughter of Pamela and Dr. Michael Dangovian and sis- ter of Jake. Excited grandparents are Lorraine and Alfred Dangovian and Eileen Bluestone. Marissa is also the grandchild of the late Sydney Bluestone. Attending Birmingham's Derby Middle School where she is an honor student, Marissa enjoys competitive dancing, skiing, computers and sum- mers at Camp Walden in Cheboygan. She found it particularly meaningful to volunteer at Yad Ezra in Oak Park as part of her mitzvah projects. Nathaniel Eichenhorn will be called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on Saturday, Oct. 13, at Congregation Beth Shalom. He is the son of Linda and Stephen Eichenhorn and the older brother of Abigail. Nathaniel is the grandson of Sandra and Harvey Schwartz, Judy and Bob Hocher, Sanford Eichenhorn and the late Patricia Eichenhorn, and the great- grandson of Idelle Fischer and Priscilla Dickman. Nathaniel is an eighth-grader at Anderson Middle School in Berkley. He enjoys wrestling, music, comedy and computers. He participated in many volunteer activities, including visiting seniors at Coville Apartments in Southfield, working at Yad Ezra in Oak Park and helping host the homeless at Congregation Beth Shalom. Joshua Aaron Fetter will be called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on Friday, Oct. 12, at Temple Israel. He is the son of Heidi Fetter and Brian Fetter. Proud grandparents are Fran and Joe Fetter, James Orbaugh, and Marilyn and Richard Guevara. Attending Derby Middle School in Birmingham, Joshua likes cars, surf- ing and wakeboarding.
