The Jewish Association for
Residential Care celebrated the
opening of the Paul and Lois
Katzman Administration Building in
Farmington Hills on Sept 24.
Rabbi Harold Loss from Temple
Israel officiated at the private dedi-
cation ceremony. The new building
was made possible by a gift from
Paul and Lois Katzman, who affixed
the mezuzah. JARC board members,
volunteers, donors and families
attended a reception following the
ceremony.
Also recognized at the dedication
were donors to JARC's capital cam-
paign, which raised money to fund
the necessary renovations to the
Katzman Building. Naming oppor-
tunities are still available for specific
offices and areas. For information,
contact Norman Wachler, (248)
538-6610, ext. 343.
The new building is at 30301
Northwestern Highway and serves
as headquarters for JARC's adminis-
trative functions.
JARC is a nonprofit, nonsectarian
organization enabling people with
disabilities to live full lives in the
community, and providing support
and advocacy for their families.
