Federation Forum,

Bloomfield Hills.
Earley joined
Detroit Edison as
Anthony Earley
president and chief
operating officer in
March 1994. He serves on the boards of
Comerica Bank, Henry Ford Health
System, Detroit Renaissance and New
Detroit.
Reservations by Oct. 12 are required
to attend. The charge of S25 includes a
dairy lunch. Checks should be made
payable to the Jewish Federation of
Metropolitan Detroit. A kosher meal
will be provided on request with pay-
ment.

Jewish physicians, medical students,
healthcare workers and their spouses
are invited to a dessert reception and
discussion of "Medical and Public
Health Issues: A Republican and
Democratic Dialogue," 7 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 18, at a private home
in West Bloomfield.
Featured speakers will be Pan
Godchaux, R-Birmingham, and Gilda
Z. Jacobs, D-Huntington Woods,
both members of the Michigan House
of Representatives.
The event is sponsored by the
Jewish Federation of Metropolitan
Detroit's Community Outreach and
Education Department and the
Maimonides Society.
Drs. Linda Bolton and Stanford
Singer are event co-chairs. Dr. Jeffrey
Devries is adviser.
Reservation deadline is Friday, Oct.
