at a nursing home, baking for, read-
ing to and visiting with seniors.

Synagogue. He is
the son of Nancy
and Dr. Howard
Goldfaden and the
brother of Pamela,
Lindsay and Julie.

are Judy Goldfaden
of West Bloomfield and Maynard and
Greta Melamed of Shaker Heights,
Ohio.
Daniel is an eighth-grade honor
student at Orchard Lake Middle
School in West Bloomfield, where he
is involved in such programs as stu-
dent council and works with students
with special needs.

Danielle Brooke Jacobs will celebrate
her bat mitzvah on Saturday, Sept.
29, at Temple Israel.
She is the daughter
of Judy and
Howard Jacobs and
sister of Jennifer.

Fingeroot, Edie
Jacobs and Sid and
Pat Jacobs. She is
also the grandchild of the late Ben
Fingeroot.
An honor student at Abbott
Middle School in West Bloomfield,
Danielle enjoys cheerleading, dance
and tennis. She found it particularly
enjoyable to entertain senior citizens
at the Hechtman Apartments in West
Bloomfield.
