etroit's ongoing Jewish "reunion" is surging
ahead — the collecting of school yearbooks
from the past 100 years.
In only two years, the Jewish Historical
Society of Michigan has received donations of more than
550 yearbooks of local high schools, middle schools and
religious schools. Despite the
stockpile, many more yearbooks
are needed to complete the col-
