ETHEL J. REIFF, 79, of Farmington

Hills, died Sept. 4. For 22 years, she was
an elementary teacher in Clawson. Mrs.
Reiff was a Wayne State University
alumnus, a founder with the Detroit
Institute of Arts, a member of the
Chorale Singing Group with Jewish
Community Center and a member of
American Association of Retired People.
Mrs. Reiff is survived by her husband,
Irving Reiff; daughters and sons-in-law,
Ellen Portnoy of Huntington Woods,
