Excited grandparents Rosa and Abram Winogron and Rosalie and Dominic Licavoli. Stefanie is an honor student at Warner Middle School in Farmington Hills. As parr of her mitzvah projects, she donated to the Holocaust Memorial Center in West Bloomfield in honor of her grandparents, who are Holocaust survivors. Stefanie loves soccer, basketball and soft- ball as well as dance, Camp Tanuga in Kalkaska and going to Florida. Stacey Ellen Oberman will become a bar mitzvah at Temple Beth El on Friday, Sept. 14. She is the daughter of Laurie and the late Ira Oberman and sister of Amy Stacey is the granddaughter of Jack and Barbara Seedman, the late Shirley Seedman, Maurice and the late Esther Oberman. An eighth-grade student at Orchard Lake Middle School in West Bloomfield, Stacey plays clarinet in the symphony band and enjoys tap dancing, horseback riding and ice skat- ing. Her mitzvah projects included volunteering at Yad Ezra in Oak Park, Hadassah House in West Bloomfield as well as participating in the Pet- a-Pet program at a West Bloomfield nursing home. Hallie Gabrielle Platt became a bat mitzvah on July 18. Her d'var Torah was presented at Congregation B'nai Moshe on Sunday, Sept. 9.
