EVELYNE ROTH, 87, of Hollywood,
Fla., formerly of Detroit, died Sept. 3.
She is survived by her beloved hus-
band of 61 years, Edwin Roth; daughter
and son-in-law, Hallie and Jack Serling
of Farmington Hills; son and daughter-
in-law, Lee and Jodi Roth of Farmington
Hills; sister, Bernice Price of Chicago;
grandchildren, Deanna Serling, Jeffrey
and Paulette Serling, Jeremy Roth.
Services and interment in
Hollywood, Fla. This announcement
was placed at the request of the family
by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

DORA SERWER, 88, of Florida, died
Aug. 26. She was an administrative assis-
tant for the graduate school of the
University of Wisconsin and a member
of Women's American ORT and the
Democratic National Committee.
Mrs. Serwer is survived by her daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Cathy and Marshall
Zumberg of Huntington Woods; grand-
children, Rishauna Zumberg, Jerrin
Zumberg, Michael Zumberg, Rachel
Serwer, James Serwer, Jennifer Serwer
and Jeremy Serwer. She was the beloved
wife of the late Arnold Serwer; loving
mother of the late David Serwer; dear
sister of the late Jack Shulman and the
late Lillian Horwatt.
Interment in Florida. Contributions
may be made to the Democratic
National Party or Jewish National Fund.
