Israel Opens
Registration

Registration for the Birthright Israel
winter 2001/2002 journeys to Israel
will continue through Friday, Oct. 5.
Jewish young adults ages 18-26 are
eligible to apply for the Birthright
Israel gift, which includes free
roundtrip airfare from U.S. gateway
cities and 10 days of educational pro-
gramming and accommodations in
Israel. Thirty different trip organizers
will offer diverse programs during
winter break.
Birthright expects to register 10,000
participants for their first educational
peer group trip to Israel. Applicants
can register online at www.birthright-
israel.com
The trips are meticulously planned
to ensure the safety and security of
participants.
