Is Fund-Raiser

Fashion Games, a fund-raiser to
benefit the West Bloomfield
Community Fame Games.'" he
event will take place 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 5, at Neiman
Marcus in the Somerset
Collection South, in Troy.
The Fame Games give adults
and children with special needs
the opportunity to showcase
their athletic abilities. This
year's Fame Games will take
place 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9,
at the Jewish Community
Center in West Bloomfield.
Fashion Games, sponsored by
Neiman Marcus, will include a
display and sale of fashions by
designer Steven Lagos, games, a
raffle, cocktails and hors d'oeu-
vres. Valet parking will be avail-
able. Tickets are $50 per person.
In addition to the JCC,
Neiman Marcus and Northwest
Child Rescue Women, the Fame
Games are supported by the
Michigan Jewish Sports
Foundation, West Bloomfield
Parks and Recreation and West
Bloomfield Schools Community
Education.

Fashion Show
In celebration of the 50th anniver-
sary of State of Israel Bonds,
Generations Fashion Show II,
chaired by Sandy Dembs, Andrea
Hurwitz and Lisa Rotter, will be pre-
sented by the Women's Division of
State of Israel Bonds 5 p.m. Sunday,
Sept. 30, at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek.
Israel Bonds women, along with
their daughters, daughters-in-law
and grandchildren, will participate
as models. The show will be fol-
lowed by child-oriented activity and
a casual buffet dinner.
