JHAS Trains
Volunteers
The Jewish Home and Aging Services
Guardianship program will offer a
volunteer training program. Sessions
will be held at Fleischman Residence,
6710 W. Maple, West Bloomfield.
The first session will be 7-9 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 4. The topic will be
The Role of the Guardian and the
Guardianship Volunteer.
The second session will be 7-9
p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11. The topic
will be Quality of Life Issues in a
Healthcare Setting. Margot Parr,
executive director, JHAS, will discuss
monitoring standards of care for resi-
dents in care facilities.
The sessions are free of charge.
