Meet
The Goodmans

David & Annise. Met at a Friday evening service at Adat Shalom.
Married in the Main Sanctuary on August 5.

David: Came from Chicago and chose to settle in Detroit. U-M
Engineering Degree. Cooking, golf, bowling and auto racing
enthusiast. Joined Adat Shalom in 1998. Co-Leader, Y.A.S.S.
(Young Adult Shabbat Service). Member, Adat Shalom
Synagogue 2000 Team. Member, Synagogue Board of Trustees.
Member, Jewish Community Center Board of Directors.

Annise: Long Island, New York native. Chemistry Degree
from Simmons College. Pursuing graduate degree at Eastern.
Enjoys: cooking, bowling, movies and music.
Favorite film: Back to the Future. Favorite "artist":
Shania Twain. Active in B'nai B'rith Leadership Network.

Together, they enjoy time with family and friends, the outdoors,
travel, and all that Adat Shalom has to offer young adults.
