PHOTOGRAPHY

SpeedDating Detroit is sponsoring a
night of round robins at the pool
tables, complete with prizes, pizza
and beer.
Snookers Pub and Pool Bar,
Woodward south of 13 Mile, Royal
Oak, will be the site from 7-10 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 19.
Singles 21 and older will play pool
in groups of 10 (five men and five
women). Each player will shoot until
he/she misses a shot, up to three min-
utes. Male and female winners of the
first round will play in a tournament,
while the other eight players at each
table will rotate to new groups.
Cost is S15.
This year, a total of 850 singles
have attended Singles Mingle and
SpeedDating events. For information,

Lisa Cutler
Directs YAD

Lisa Cutler has been promoted to
director of the Young Adult Division
of the Jewish
Federation of
Metropolitan
Detroit.
Cutler joined
Federation as a
Campaign asso-
ciate in March
2000.
In her new
position, Cutler
Lisa Cutler
will oversee the
programming and Campaign activi-
ties of YAD, a volunteer, charitable,
social and educational organization
open to Jewish singles and couples,
ages 21-35, in the tri-county area.

A native Detroiter, Cutler is a 1989
graduate of Berkley High School. She
graduated from the University of
Michigan with a degree in organiza-
tional behavior and human resources
management.
Cutler previously was associate
director of the B'nai B'rith Youth
Organization in metropolitan
Detroit. She and her husband, Josh,
reside in Southfield.
