I

t has now
been 18 months
since I came to the
Jewish News as the pub-
lisher of Style magazine, and
what a thrill it has been!
Currently we publish Style magazine five
times a year, reaching the general community,
and have added the monthly product Style magazine
at the Jewish News inside the newspaper. Our support
from you, our readers, has been tremendous since
beginning Style at the Jewish News in May of 2000.
Last month, we expanded the
reach of Style at the Jewish News to
an additional 7,000 families right
here in our local community. We
welcome you and hope you will
enjoy all of our products.
In this issue we feature many
diverse topics. Our trends article
showcases a dream playhouse for
two precious sisters. For the auto
aficionados, we highlight the
Concours d' Elegance, Detroit's premier event for
vintage automobiles. Meet volunteer Rose
Lieberman, the first woman to chair this prestigious
happening. In the food department, read the article
on Auntie Helen's Mandel Bars.
I'd like to thank all of our staff that has worked so
hard to make all of these changes a reality and to
thank our readers and advertisers for making it possi-
ble for Style products to continue to grow.
