The largely
stocked wine areas
display vintages from all around the
world ... and are causes for much
pride and joy at Big Rock.
It is presently a seven-day-a-week
operation ... but as of July 1, Big
Rock's Sundays will only be available
for private parties ... It can accom-
modate about 350-400 people.
The striking outside patio is two-
thirds covered and one-third uncov-
ered ... However, if needed, a covered
tent will be put up by Norm for larg-
er parties.
Big Rock has six beers on tap at all
times ... and since opening, has pro-
duced more than 50,000 gallons of
handcrafted ales and lager in its on-
premises vats.
It goes through 25 tons of meat a
year ... not including the 5,000
pounds of buffalo and 2,500 pounds
of ostrich.
Big Rock Chop House has made
its mark as a fine restaurant ... and
Norm LePage keeps getting better.
